DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, March 28th 10:30-12:00. \nLearn and experience techniques to support wellness with a specific focus on preventing illness (or bouncing back quicker.)  We will also focus on easing symptoms related to a compromised immune system and building resilience in your system to support your ability to heal.  You will learn simple self-care methods through guided demonstrations where you will follow along with the teacher.  Handouts will be provided so you can continue to practice the techniques at home. \nJennifer Charron is an advanced practitioner and teacher of The Eden Method and has been practicing the healing arts for ten years.
