Learn and experience techniques to support wellness with a specific focus on preventing illness (or bouncing back quicker.) We will also focus on easing symptoms related to a compromised immune system and building resilience in your system to support your ability to heal. You will learn simple self-care methods through guided demonstrations where you will follow along with the teacher. Handouts will be provided so you can continue to practice the techniques at home.
