Call for Art

Learn about opportunities for artists to have their artwork featured.

The arts & crafts fair will be held on Saturday, September 5 with a rain date of Sunday, September 6. Please make sure you are available BOTH days in case of rain. There will be no refunds for cancellation or for no shows. It will be out on our front lawn. After completing this form, please submit fees via this link:  click here

In order to maintain a craft fair with high quality, unique and varied options, the Jaffrey Civic Center reserves the right to deny a vendor and refund those fees. Spaces are approximately 10′ x 10′. Space reservations are first come first served on the day of. We have bathrooms and a water bubbler inside the JCC for your use on the day of. We will have a tent on our patio with $1 water bottles for sale, and a first aid kit. Staff will be in red shirts!
 
Fine art, crafts, antiques, food, flowers and plants; all are welcome!
Artists and garden owners must be available to participate at a Plein Air Garden Tour event in the Jaffrey/Rindge/Richmond/Troy/Sharon Area on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 10:00 – 4:00 pm rain or shine.

Artists will submit at least 1 piece created at the event to a pop-up exhibit sale (Saturday, July 19, 2025 12:00 – 4:00 pm the weekend after the tour event. Please bring your own easel if you have one or let us know so that we have ample time to supply one. Garden owners are invited and encouraged to come to this event! The Civic Center will collect a 40% commission on all sales from the exhibition.
 
Garden owners will allow artists to stop by their garden 2 weeks before the event in order to choose which garden they will be stationed at. Owners will allow the assigned artist access to their garden the week before and the week after the event day. Owners and artists will have contact information to coordinate these times and days. Garden owner addresses will not be released to the public until the day of the event on the brochure to protect your privacy. On the day of, a volunteer will be stationed at your garden to help with traffic and parking flow, please let us know if you will not need one as our volunteers are limited. There will be garden tour signs placed on the day of or the evening before the event directing at the beginning of your driveway and road to direct people where to go.
