Soundscape yoga takes the traditional yoga practice and elevates it by incorporating a carefully chosen auditory environment. Purpose: The goal is to create a more immersive and transformative experience, allowing practitioners to connect more deeply with their bodies and minds through the combined power of movement, breath, and sound.
