The Jaffrey Civic Center, in Jaffrey, NH, seeks a dynamic professional to serve as its full-time Executive Director. The Executive Director has a tremendous opportunity to help take this much-beloved institution to the next level, fulfilling its mission as a center for arts and culture in the Monadnock region. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board, volunteers and others in the community to create and promote programming in the arts and culture, to partner with other entities on joint programs, and to collaborate with the Jaffrey Historical Society, a separate entity housed within the Jaffrey Civic Center. Preferred skills include fundraising and volunteer management, facility management, organizational and financial abilities and an understanding of non-profits and the arts.
