The Jaffrey Civic Center is proud to present By Land and Sea, Outdoor Paintings by Dave Dodge. The exhibition runs from August 8 – September 20. Opening reception on Friday, August 8 from 5 – 7 pm.
This exhibit is a collection of mountain and meadow paintings from Vermont and New Hampshire. Also included are paintings from the Maine coast depicting working boats and harbors. Dave Dodge paints landscapes, primarily en plein air. He divides his time between York, Maine, where he is fascinated with working boats; and the Monadnock region, where the varied landscape remains a constant inspiration. He is a past president and member of Monadnock Art/Friends of the Dublin Art Colony, Dublin, NH; and a member of The New Hampshire Art Association.
