Printing with a Gelli plate is so much fun once you learn the basic techniques of using a brayer, applying paint & experimenting with different types of paper. You will create monoprints by layering various media, such as found objects, acrylic paints, and stencils on different types of papers. These works of art can stand alone or be used in art journals, card making, paper quilting etc. Hard to describe the thrill of pulling a print from a gelli pad! It’s addictive and fun. At the end of this session, you will tear up your papers and create your own collage art piece.
